The latest issue of Japanese gaming magazine Famitsu is quite the feast for the eyes. It features a Death Stranding cover put together by the one and only Yoji Shinkawa, the artist behind all of the brilliantly distinctive character art in the Metal Gear Solid series. Of course, Shinkawa also contributed to Death Stranding, but his style is synonymous with the stories of Solid Snake and Big Boss.
We'd frame this thing and hang it on our wall if we could.
Are you a fan of Shinkawa's work? Let the ink drip in the comments section below.

Saw this on reddit. So many feels. I have the MGS I-IV art collection and it’s fantastic through and through.
Why wasn't this the cover art for the game itself????
Amazing, I just love this guys artwork so much.
@RBMango Not market friendly these days.
Hopefully people will put these out in PS4 case sizes so I can print it for my copy.
Amazing artwork but now this just makes me pine for a MGS remaster even more. Come on Konami! MGS 1-4 on ps4 and you can make as many turd games as you want for the rest of your life.
Beautiful bit of artwork. Yoji Shinkawa is one of my favourite artists, full stop. He's one of those people who's got such a distinctive style. You know his work as soon as you see it. Phenomenal artist and a brilliant piece of work here.
I love this, his artwork has such a unique style. Makes me want to buy the Death Stranding art book.
Huge fan of Yoji Shinkawa's work. He's up there along with Akihiko Yoshida, George Kamitani, and Shinji Soejima for me.
