When Beat Saber initially launched on PlayStation VR, it didn't have the biggest selection of tracks. Nowadays, through various updates and premium DLC packs, the virtual reality block-chopping rhythm game is looking much healthier. In fact, yesterday saw the release of three new songs to the game, and better still, they're totally free.
As you can see from the above tweet, Japanese artist Camellia has had three tunes introduced to Beat Saber, including Exit This Earth's Atmosphere, Ghost, and Light It Up. Judging by the last line, these tracks will offer a significant challenge for seasoned players.
The free update is available now for the PSVR version of the game. If you've not sliced a few cubes in a while, now seems like a good time to hop back in. Will you be checking out these new freebie songs in Beat Saber? Watch the furniture in the comments below.

They really should allow custom tracks, it’s an absolute shame they aren’t in already. It’s not as if there isn’t precedence, the PES games allow the downloading of custom players, teams, logos, names and the like.
@nessisonett Yeah, I'm pretty jealous of the PC version and all those custom songs. Would add a lot to the game.
@nessisonett agreed. Particularly as its possible on PC. I guess its a licensing thing on Sony's side, and the nature of consoles? But its a real shame!
I watched Davestation VR playing these new songs last night.
I had no idea how bad tracking is for Beat Saber on PSVR. The game was automatically pausing constantly because tracking could not keep up.
Next PSVR must be inside out tracking & wireless.
Or Oculus Quest will continue their dominance.
Custom songs all day long on Quest.
@SirRealDeal I've put in a ton of hours on Beat Saber on PSVR and have never once had an issue with tracking, or the game pausing. I would assume they didn't have a good set up or lighting.
@Zanao That & possibly the fact that the songs are expert & expert +, maybe? Many viewers were commenting about it.
I'm entirely unfamiliar with Beat Saber on PSVR. I waited for wireless to experience the game.
@SirRealDeal not sure, I've beat them all on expert and some on expert +. That's news to me, maybe there would be a difference in tracking if he was using a PS4 vs PS4 Pro which is what I've had since PSVR launched.
@SirRealDeal it never paused on my psvr
