Icelandic band Low Roar was apparently “in the gutter” when it received a mysterious email from Sony requesting the use of its song ‘I’ll Keep Coming’. The track eventually backdropped Death Stranding’s reveal trailer, and would go on to catapult the group’s popularity, but initially they weren't told where the audio would be used.
“Sony contacted us in an obscure email offering us a certain amount of money to use the song 'I’ll Keep Coming', and they were not willing to tell us what they’re going to use the song for,” lead singer Ryan Karazija told VG247. The band would eventually share multiple dinners with director Hideo Kojima, and even contributed heavily to the title’s soundtrack – which we declared the best of the year.

I really like their songs in this game, I’d heard of them in passing through RYM but they match up with Death Stranding well. Good to see they’re doing well.
These Capitalised Titles Keep Confusing Me.
Is that just me?
Well good for them. The songs are beautiful , and they are really talented. I’m only on Episode 3 currently, but the use of the music in the game creates truly powerful and unforgettable moments.
Good for them, their music is superb and the use of music in death stranding is spot on.
I was introduced to them by the game and have now bought all of their albums. A really talented band and it's great to hear that they're getting some well deserved success. Well worth a listen if you're into top quality music!
Good for them. Their songs were a perfect match for the atmosphere and visuals of the game.
@ShaiHulud I was also utterly confused by the title.
@ShaiHulud "Band 'Low Roar' Saved by Death Stranding" seems like it would have worked a little better.
I half read this article as it appearing as if they were ungrateful because Sony wouldn't tell them where their song was going to be played.
That point seems completely irrelevant, seeing as they were basically about to disappear, and likely disband due to, as they say "being in the gutter".
I'm sure that's not the case. How could anyone complain about the exposure they've got, and clearly catapulted them into the limelight, and it's well deserved because they have some great songs.
@ShaiHulud They annoy the hell out of me too. This time in particular it didn't confuse me but often reading the title two or three times is needed to understand it, if even that is possible. I can certainly remember a couple of times I had to actually read the article before I understood what the hell was written in the title. I don't understand why every single word on every title is capitalized. Well not all, words like "the", "of", and "by" usually aren't, which makes it even more confusing
