Drone racing on PlayStation 4 doesn’t begin and end with Judgment’s minigame, as there are two titles designed to depict the sport scheduled for release this year. The first of these, DCL: The Game, will see you racing through Torino and over the Great Wall of China in an authentic simulation of real drone piloting. It’s due out on 18th February, with THQ Nordic on publishing duties.
The other game, Liftoff: Drone Racing, has a more ambiguous 2020 release window, but is based upon a title already available on Steam. There’s a big emphasis on customisation in this one, as you’ll be able to select from “countless original licensed frames” and tweak the parts to your individual tastes. More will be revealed at PAX East next month.

This reminds me of that god awful drone course on Judgement where you had to navigate a high speed drone through narrow corridors whilst having ceiling lights hanging down and ridiculously narrow sharp turns to make. Infuriatingly bad
@BusyOlf ah i remember that one. Most of the courses were easy but then more and more building parts came into it. Was nice to pull off successfully but very annoying when you make the slightest mistake
@BusyOlf as someone who flies FPV quads that does sound fairly accurate to the experience! At least you didn’t ha the time honoured traditional walk of shame to fetch your crashed quad.
If drone racing is "all that" why are there only 4 comments? Fake news.
