The last few days have seen several of this year's key games get pushed back, and now it's time for another. Marvel's Iron Man VR, which up to now was scheduled to arrive on 28th February, has been delayed.
As developer Camouflaj states above, the PlayStation VR exclusive will now launch on 15th May, just a couple of weeks before The Last of Us: Part II. The early part of 2020 was looking ridiculously stacked, but with delays on Marvel's Avengers, Cyberpunk 2077, and Final Fantasy VII Remake, the release schedule has been totally rewritten.
As for Iron Man, it sounds as though we'll receive a new update on the game fairly soon. This is one we're definitely curious to play, so hopefully the few extra months leads to a better experience. What do you think of this news? Remove your PSVR headsets in the comments below.

No biggie. All short delays.
All these delays are making me think it could be because of the PS5 release date. Could Cyberpunk 2077 be set close to the PS5 release?
– Watch Dogs Legion
– The Last of Us 2
– Gods & Monsters
– Rainbow Six Quarantine
– Final Fantasy 7 Remake
– MARVEL’S AVENGERS
– Cyberpunk 2077
– Iron Man VR
The list just keeps growing. It may be better at this point to just skip the PS4 versions of these game and buy them eventually on PS5, so that you don't have to double dip in a relatively short period, when upgrading from PS4 to PS5.
More and more games are getting delayed due to "polishing"
I bet there could be more high profile delays still to come and they could almost all be linked to the impending next gen consoles.
Wouldn't be surprised to see Dying Light 2 get delayed next due to radio silent marketing and/or updates.
I hope all these delays don't put a damper on the PS4's retirement party.
@Turismo4GT I think they already have in a third party sense anyway.
Well shucks, this was a must play for me after the demo I played at EGX. However, I don't want people crunching for my games and I have a huuuuge backlog so I will cope.
This is awesome news to me. I am really enjoying this cluster of games getting spread out a bit more evenly throughout the year. A few weeks before TLOU2 is much better than being sandwiched between TLOU2, FF7 and Cyberpunk. I'm still enjoying my backlog of games anyways.
Strangely I'm always happy when I see a game I'm interested in getting delayed. It tells me they are serious about getting it right out of the gate.
Well a little gutted but never mind, have plenty to play as it is. Just hoping last of us prt2 doesn't have another delay thats the only game i really want to play.
I'm fine with all these delays, things happen after all. But for what a great year for games 2020 is shaping up to be, it's not making the best first impression.
Another day, another delay.
This image is becoming the kiss of death.
It's a season of delays.
Been looking forward to this, but they should take the extra time if they need it.
But I LIKE ridiculously stacked!
