You might have already spotted the Essential Picks sale over on the North American PlayStation Store, but don't worry -- those in European regions can now access the offer too. It's largely the same, highlighting some of PS4's best and most popular titles.
Some of last year's best loved games are in here, including a particularly tempting offer on Days Gone. Some big 2019 titles going cheap include Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order, Borderlands 3, and Need for Speed Heat. There are definitely some older games well worth a look as well, such as Assassin's Creed Odyssey, No Man's Sky, and Until Dawn. PSVR owners can also save on the likes of Astro Bot Rescue Mission, Blood & Truth, and Moss, among others.
Check out the PlayStation Store to see the full list of games. Will you be picking anything up? Let us know in the comments below.

@BarefootBowser prey is a great game. One of my favorite fps on ps4.
@BarefootBowser Now we know who to blame when GTA V is still in the charts this week.
I've just added Dreams as well. Luckily there isn't anything tempting me in the sale as I'm trying not to buy to much anymore before clearing my backlog.
@BarefootBowser. Gta 5 is the g.o.a.t. a plague tales of innocence is a graet game.it get a 9 from me.when you get to the helicopter in prey and that 1980s music sinc in wow.what moment best music i heard in years.the graphics and gameplay and stories is amazing.ni no kuni of course my favorite rpgs in the ladt 10 years ever.have fun playa.word life.word is bond.word to your mother.word โ up son

Nice list, but nothing for me. I already own Days Gone and I want Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order for Xbox One.
The other reason is that my backlog is long enough. I am basically on video game buying hiatus while I get the backlog under control.
@ellsworth004
it is but pretty sure its been cheaper than this.
I've not gone in on Days Gone yet, should I? Even more tempted now it's on sale...
@BarefootBowser So youโre the one keeping GTA V in the charts every week! ๐
@Abwag I didn't really enjoy it but of course that is just one opinion. It's not a bad game per se, just a bit generic. There are also too many glitches, from a first party game you may expect better.
I just brought Spider-Man and The Last of Us in the last sale! While my 4Tb external hard drive can keep up, my wallet and the amount of gameplay time canโt
@Flurpsel When did you play it? I received a copy over Christmas, started playing it early Jan and haven't encountered that many glitches.
Also, I think you're wrong. It's a good game and is worth playing.
@Abwag you should get it, especially with it now being on sale. I have spent nearly 70 hours playing it, more so then any current games I have in my ps4 game library (I have more then 500), and I must say, it is hands down one of the best and most enjoyable open - world games I have ever played. Traversing the HUGE world, the well fleshed out characters, the survival mechanics just everything about this game is top notch. Get it now, and you will not look at another game for a while.
@Col_McCafferty @Neny48 @Flurpsel Thanks all, I'm gunna buy it when I'm home tonight!!
@Abwag Enjoy!
๐
I'd say take your time with it at first, don't go rushing into missions. Get to grips with the world and what you are or aren't capable of doing.
Oh and if you can help it try to avoid journeying at night. Unless of course you're the sort of person that likes to go looking for trouble, in which case go nuts!

The Witness is also for sale. Had to mention it.
plagues tale is amazing game far better than the laughable review from this site makes it out to be
