Final Fantasy VII Remake's Butterfinger Promotion Sounds Like a Ballache

It's a shame this isn't being handled better.
Though if I'm being honest, it's hard for me to empathize since my purchase was already verified.
That Tifa theme is stunning by the way.

Mine got rejected originally because it didn’t have the store’s name on it. I retook the picture and submitted it, got it in a couple of hours.

I was afraid my entry has been rejected because it had taken so long, but I finally got the code for the theme a few days afterward.

Still haven't received the code for my in-game DLC, but I'm not too concerned about that. Having a beautiful Tifa PS4 theme was worth buying two Butterfingers.

Picked up a couple of Baby Ruth's yesterday for the theme, but whenever I tried to upload the picture of my receipt, it said "An unspecified error has occurred." Guess I'll try again today =/

Had a couple rejections, think it was because I didn't show the date/time of when I bought them. I used the same receipt showing the date/time and they were accepted. Theme took a few days, the bangles only took a few hours.

I'd buy some chocolate for that theme but guessing it's a US-only thing?

I am too afraid that I got rejected, so I submit several receipts with different emalil account. As a result, I got six codes of Tifa Dynamic Theme. lol (Please don't ask me about the codes. I already gave them away)

This was lame from the start. I really don't want to see anymore of this capital promotion garbage anymore. It's not like you buy a pizza and get a buy one get one free cinema voucher in the packaging. These deals are being excluded from the game itself to put into these promos, so some Americans won't see these items if they missed it and everyone else? Well they can screw themselves.

Lame promotion, only accessing a portion of the global population, and it's not even fully functional.

@wiiware don't think so.. At least not yet. It'll probably be purchaseable as a dlc after the game releases.

I purchased my 10 candy bars within 10 min of this thing going live. Submitted no problem and got the codes for all possible items within a couple hours..

That sucks, it worked great for me. I got the candy day two and submitted the receipt before leaving the store!
Got my theme and item codes, plus a dessert to take to work lol.
The only issue I had? All the websites with misinformation. Some saying you have to buy 2, then 2, then 2 etc., some said it was only special marked packaging, some said it's codes inside the wrapper you need... nope. Read the rules, buy the ones that have the same UPC code/numbers, that's it.

I'm a sucker for the DLC and I should have know better, but I went ahead and bought 20 bars, split it into 2 transactions, gifted one to a family member and submitted one for myself. I the digital receipt option to save on having to print out paper. My submission was rejected but my family member received their code(s) days later. After many, many days of emailing prizelogic they finally email me today and say they don't accept digital receipts. It is in the rules. BUUUUUT this is the year 2020 right? I do a majority of my shopping online. My receipts are digital. I guess prizelogic isn't worried about global warming? or maybe a little virus called Covid-19? This whole thing is a mess.

I sent in 2 receipts one of which I bought 3 butterfingers and 3 crunch, second I had 10 butterfingers. Both were rejected within an hour. I sent an email questioning the reason why, took 3 days to get a reply telling me pretty much what the upload site says. So I retook a picture of the receipt again for a clearer picture. The picture was crystal clear to where you could see everything clearly, still rejected. So I'm calling this out as a scam because so many are getting rejected by an automated system instead of manually checking like they should. (My opinion anyways.)
