While the world of live football continues to lament the use of the controversial VAR, professional FIFA 20 is also under attack after elite players claim they were forced to decide the outcome of a qualifying game using Rock, Paper, Scissors. This is because the servers for the title weren’t fully functional, so it prevented the pair from connecting to each other online.
It’s an embarrassing look for EA Sports, and it’s been forced to comment on what it claims is a “unique situation”. But the hardcore community continues to be disgruntled by the soccer sim, with star player Donovan ‘Tekkz’ Hunt claiming “no one enjoys playing it” in a startling post-match interview a couple of weeks ago.

FIFA 21 is going to need to be a huge improvement, considering the toxicity surrounding the series' latest instalment.

That Fellaini pic is brilliant!
Yet despite all that toxicity it still sells like hotcakes.
"No one enjoys playing it"
Wow, what a quote from a star player.
Obviously constant yearly regurgitation has eventually made the game itself stagnate and become not fun anymore, hidden behind flashy presentation and a constant monetisation from the loot boxes, 'Fut' or whatever it's called.
I've steered clear of this 'game' for years now, has no appeal and yet seems to be a must have if you're any sort of football fan.
And funnily enough, Rock, Paper, Scissors changes more each year than FIFA.
Just another stupid soccer flop.

-How about rock paper scissors?
