Yakuza: Like a Dragon’s sales looked disappointing at first blush in Japan, but between physical and digital copies, the role-playing game’s done okay for itself. SEGA reports that shipments have now exceeded 400,000 copies across Asia, and the publisher is marking the occasion with a 30 per cent discount on the Japanese PlayStation Store.
The game launched on 16th January in its home territory and will deploy in Western regions at some point in 2020. Will you be adding to its sales total? Expose your zany side in the comments section below.

Apparently Yakuza 6 sold something like 900,000 worldwide. I'm guessing this means the RPG style will be continuing.
Playing through Yakuza 6 at the moment. Just started Chapter 8. Once finished, I will try and get back into Judgment (currently a few chapters in but struggling to hold my interest as well as main Yakuza games).
I am still cautiously looking forward to Yakuza 7 (Like a Dragon), but a new protagonist and gameplay is going to take some getting used to. I have just enjoyed Kiryu's story so much, that I am not looking forward to the end.
@Orpheus79V Do you mean "RPG style" like how it's always been or did they go even more RPGish with the more recent ones?
As far as I am concerned, Yakuza ended with 6. Why don't they just focus on continuing their spin-off series, Judgment?
@PunkRx_Lockly I have to agree on that, judgment seems like a far more interesting story than like a dragon imo.
Judgment was without a doubt my favourite game of 2019. Very excited to play Yakuza 7, even though I've never played a main series game before.
@Matroska Is it turnbased if so i will get it day one. 😃
@Flaming_Kaiser @Matroska It's the first game in the series to have completely turn-based combat.
