After treating PC players to what is considered one of the best VR games to date, The Walking Dead: Saints & Sinners has launched today for PlayStation VR. It's available for purchase right now on the PlayStation Store, with a standard version coming in at £28.99/$39.99 and the Tourist Edition priced at £44.99.
The reason we're so excited about this release is that the game received a serious amount of love when it first launched for the likes of the Oculus Rift and HTC Vive. It sounds like an experience which takes full advantage of VR with food and materials to scavenge, streets to navigate, and brutal combat to engage in. As developer Skydance Interactive puts it, the title has been optimised for PSVR. "The Walking Dead: Saints & Sinners is optimized for PSVR to allow players to use the PlayStation Move controllers for the first time to survive an ever-changing landscape that’ll have them deciding whether they want to be a saint or a sinner."
Anyone who purchases the game will gain access to an exclusive PS4 theme, while the pricier Tourist Edition comes packaged with three weapon recipes and a set of collectable voodoo dolls. Rather creepy indeed, but we hope to put those fears aside to deliver a Push Square review in due course. Are you interested in checking this one out? Survive the zombie horde in the comments below.

Interesting, is there a mention of PS4PRO optimisation?
Wow, that came out of nowhere. I'll wait for a review of how it performs on psvr, but in theory im very excited as this is meant to be great
@Rob_230
It performs exceptionally well on PSVR & looks utterly fantastic on the Pro.
Had no idea this had such a good reception. Will look into this as it does look exciting
This looks cool, I'd like to give it a go!
Wow this looks cool! May have to wait for a sale - looks really intense and may be too spooky for me! Haha I liked RE7 in VR but this looks like it would be way worse!
Already messaged my wife to make this happen before I get home.
Got this installed and ready to go once the kids are in bed!
@SirRealDeal hi, can you let me know how the controls are please, I like resident evil 7 on vr but wasnt keen on doom, thanks
Wow, a good few VR games keep popping up out of nowhere. Great to see the continued support. I'll definitely pick this up at some point, along with that VR Star Wars Vader game.
@KorsaRaph it sure is!
@SirRealDeal thanks man
Wanted this since it was announced looks amazing only thing stopping me from buying it is they never added a thumbstick to the move controllers & I hate the teleporting movement style
@LukeOtisSmith No teleport here, only smooth movement like in Skyrim VR.
I saw Star Wars VR is out this summer too, not seen the story here though
@SilenceCZ I don't get how that would be possible with no analogue sticks on the move controllers unless you can also use the the standard PS4 controller but I thought it was move controllers only
@LukeOtisSmith Same as in Skyrim VR. You hold the move button to walk forward and tilt the move controller to change direction slightly. Circle to move backwards, X and O on the right move to turn.

Hopefully PushSquare will review it!
@SirRealDeal awesome - thanks
Hopefully it performs well on a base PS4 too!!
@get2sammyb I was reading on Engadget that Gorn is releasing on PSVR this month as well!

What a treat! This looked so good from the few youtube videos I've seen of it.
Is this the one with the disturbing amount of gore? Now I'm tempted to get a psvr lmao
This game works amazingly well, it doesn't seem limited at all. I'm having a blast
Must be really complicated to make a global digital release. Still no game in the store
Now I’m gonna have to get a VR headset... and move controllers... goodbye money! At least I’ll finally be able to play The Forest in VR.
@Breekhead SHUT UP!! you can play the forest in VR?!?!?!? I didn't even realize..... Terrifying!
@Gmork___ And hilarious apparently, if you’ve watched any VR gameplay. I think you also don’t run out of stamina in VR so you become a cannibal’s worst nightmare.
@Breekhead oh man, this is amazing news! I cant wait to try it. I just moved and my vr is still packed AARRG
