Wow the only good thing out of that was the Skate 4 and the It Takes Two announcement.
Not a whole lot lol. This was pointless. Why did they even need to hold an event.
You missed nothing.
Didn't know something like ea livestream was happening...
Haha. The highlight of the show was a Zoom chat discussing a Skate sequel it looks like they just found out about 5 minutes before this presentation.
So glad I didn't stay up to watch this. What a shame, new generation round the corner and this is all EA are doing? Where's the games? New burnout please!
@djlard nor did EA by the look of it 😂
How is this company so successful when they do the one thing they're supposed to do so badly? Oh yeah, trojan horsing gambling mechanics to kids, just without the pay out. You have to respect the commitment to their methods of evil genius really.
The whole Sims thing on diversity was atrocious. Were people supposed to feel moved by that?
Good job I didn't stay up for this. Very pleased to hear about a new Skate, but it sounds like they did a Metroid Prime 4 reveal, where the game is basically just a concept at this stage.
It would have been a surprise if they announced no FIFA or Madden this year?
They announced one game we knew about and some cross play shenanigans and some little indie games and some little shooter that won't draw the COD/Fortnite crowd for more than a week The rest were teasers. What a waste of time.
@Crimson_Ridley They didn't even have a logo for Skate 4! Basically someone on Wednesday thought it would be a good idea to make one so they tacked an announcement on the end of the presentation.
@Enigk EA: Exceptionally Awful.
Good to see I'm not the only one not impressed by EA at all. I was almost afraid the bar is getting lower and lower.
That means Anthem is totally dead then if they took 6 years pre production to then get it what we had our in 1 year or 2 just to do that GET IT OUT to make a quick buck. And then in Feb 2020 announce an overhaul and yet 4 months down the line don't announce at least something then it's dead in the water and EA want that to happen. Because it's bled money since it's launch for servers etc I say this in an odd way because 2 days ago I Platted the game ironically, it does have something going for it but it just needs maybe someone else at the helm.
Nothing for me here from EA at least for 2020, shall see what 2021 brings.
Back in the old days EA was something to look forward to, Mass Effect, Battlefield etc
Let's see they announced Apex Legends, some old Command and Conquer, something that looked liked Fortnite, tried to cash in on a good Star Wars game that has nothing to do with them and they made some eyebrows, some cars and a tree.
Its almost like they forgot they were meant to be showing some games today
No Mass Effect remaster then :’-(
The worst gaming company out there. Recycled, buggy games year after year. Zero innovation. Can't wait till the day they cease to exist. An embarrassment to the industry.
@Nepp67 heck yea. Skate was so awesome back in the day. Fingers crossed they don't mess it up. I think they are learning though since the release of Apex Legends, Jedi Fallen Order and the AMAZINGLY NOSTALGIC command & conquer remaster collection
Didn't take the time to watch it. I even think I read it aired around 4pm in the US.
