Just in case you didn't already know, Dragons Dogma will be the next gaming IP to join The Witcher on Netflix in the form of an animated series. It's out on the streaming service from 17th September 2020, and the first trailer embedded above seems to suggest that it will follow the events of the game somewhat closely.
"After losing his home to a dragon, Ethan sets out to hunt it down once and for all. A pawn appears by his side and serves to protect his life. But the dangers that lie in wait for Ethan are beyond their imaginations, for when you fight a monster... you just may become one too." It looks pretty good, right? What do you think? I can't wait for the scene where he throws all his Pawns off a cliff. Anyway, sad to see no Mercedes in that trailer.
I'm so excited πππππ
Seems very niche but cool.
The more the anime the better.
But please, no castlevania season 3 type sex scenes, those where unnecessary,and do not do justice ,to the source material.
I still havenβt even played the game yet.
I haven't had Netflix in about a year, so much to look forward to when I finally sign back up. Which is good b/c so much of what I normally watch is on hold due to the pandemic. Quarantining isn't as much fun without new shows to watch. π₯
Canβt wait for this! Absolutely love the game and really want to see a sequel.
That game had quite an ending - I wonder how they'll handle it in the series?
I'm impressed by how similar the monsters in the anime look to the monsters in the game - pretty much identical!
@shonenjump86 Same here, just too many games in my backlog.
I'll get around to Dogma eventually >_<
@KidBoruto lol, same here.
