Star Wars: Squadrons has looked promising since we first saw it back in June, and it continues to do so in this latest trailer. Focusing on the single player campaign, the new video starts with a stylish story rundown before going into overview mode.
There's a fair amount of gameplay to gawk at in the video. We're shown snippets from an empire mission, and the space dogfights look like great fun. It's important to remember that the entire game is playable in PlayStation VR, too, which should be an awesome way to play.
Star Wars: Squadrons is out on 2nd October 2020. Will you be taking flight? Tell us in the comments section below.

I'm looking forward to this (though not as much as Lego Skywalker Saga). I'll probably try it in VR for about 20 seconds before violently ripping the headset off, throwing it and falling to the floor in a fetal position.
Looking good! I hope it will last 8 hours or more.
As a child who had a toy TIE Inteceptor back in the 80s, I'm looking forward to this.
@nkarafo will probably be no more then that, the MP is likely to be the main focus.
Buying this to play entirely in VR and I can't wait
Looks great.
But I'll need to play it on PC. That is where I have a VR set right now. Childhood dream right there, cant wait.
Oh man I want to experience this!
Playing the whole thing in VR, should be fun.
@AdamNovice @nkarafo I doubt it, this will most likely be 3-5 hours max.

Anyone else played Rogue Squadron back in the 64 days?? If this game is anything as fun as that I’ll be thrilled!
