Seriously, how good does Crash Bandicoot 4: It's About Time look? We're drawing closer and closer to that PlayStation 4 release date of 2nd October 2020 and somehow developer Toys for Bob has managed to make it look even better than before in the game's launch trailer. We were already seriously hyped for the return of Crash Bandicoot so we reckon the footage above is well worth checking out.
We see lots of different playable characters in action as well as a quick glimpse at a few new levels, including one that takes place in the sky. The different visual modes also bring a bit more excitement to gameplay as the title turns into something ripped straight from a comic book or a product from the far-flung future. Yeah, this one is going to be great.
Don't forget that there's still time to sample the Crash Bandicoot 4: It's About Time demo, and you can read our full thoughts based on those three levels through here. How excited are you that Crash is back? Catch some Wumpa Fruit in the comments below.

Cant wait for Spyro 4: Dragonflies go to H*ll
Between Mario 3D All-Stars, Crash 4 and Sackboy's Big Adventure it's a good time to be a fan of 3D platformers
Coco is so adorable when she says masks
Looks very promising.
I feel like a massive hypocrite as I've been asking for this kind of Crash game for 2 decades and yet I don't want to pay £55 for it lol
@roe Yeah, that is a lot. The cheapest I can see it anywhere is just under £50. The last game I pre-ordered was Aegis Rim and that was £38...
Looks like tons of fun, day 1 for me (And SockBoy will be next!)
The game looks good but it feels like they showed offa bit too much. Makes me fear that there won't be much surprises left.
@HotGoomba A man could dream for every PS1 era platformer to get a sequel.
@ThroughTheIris56 Don't forget Bubsy 😏
I liked what I saw and it is like 2 weeks away. Hoping for positive reviews.
@HotGoomba We actually got a sequel recently, but you can never have too much Bubsy.
@Tchunga Agree completely, new LBP (sorta) and Crash game within a month is amazing. If these do well, hopefully they can be the greenlight for more platformers like Ape Escape and Tearaway.
@ThroughTheIris56 cannot wait for Bubsy: The Bobcat Awakens
Can't wait. Hopefully I can finish Ghost of Tsushima in time.
The game looks nice and no lie that trailer got me a bit hyped.
Hopefully those reviews are good.
HYPE time, looking forward to playing day one if I can catch up with the series by then.
I'm still a bit skeptical about this game (because of activision), but at the same time if I dont hear any big negatives about it it's as good as purchased when it's out in the wild.
