It looks like Activision is gearing up for the full reveal of Season Two in Call of Duty: Warzone as players are starting to be hit with deliberate visual HUD glitches and are finding new machines on the Verdansk map. Detailed in the tweets below thanks to Charlie Intel, one player on Rebirth Island is hit with static on the sides of their screen as well as what sounds like a beeping radar. This is similar to what happened when Treyarch's Call of Duty: Black Ops Cold War was teased within Warzone, where Battle Royale competitors were hit with graphical bugs on purpose.
Just a few minutes later, the Twitter account posted a video of a new machine found in the Downtown district of the Verdsansk map. It has a prompt that appears to activate Zombies, but nothing happens when pressed at the time of writing. Back on the original Blackout map in Call of Duty: Black Ops 4, players could spawn in a wave of the undead and eliminate them all for better loot. You'd be giving away your position to nearby opponents in the process, so it was always a risk to pull off. Could Season Two bring that mechanic back?
What do you want to see out of Call of Duty: Warzone next? A new location on the map? A new look for pre-existing locations? Share your hopes and dreams in the comments below.

This stuff is always awesome. Interested to learn more about Season 2.
But will the samurai ronin skin patch come out?
I decided to give Cold War a second chance when Firebase Z dropped and I’m actually really enjoying it so far. Played with some settings to fix the unreliable frame rate on PS5 and it’s made it a much more enjoyable experience.
Firebase Z has actually proven to be my favorite zombies map yet. Multiplayer still isn’t as enjoyable as Modern Warfare 2019 was, but it’s not as terrible as I initially thought.
I love call of duty and after a year i am still playing modern warfare and warzone most evenings with my brother and my mates...however for some reason i just dont enjoy the treyarch releases..the original black ops was very good but since that they seem to have just been stuck using the same engine over and over and dont seem to even try to expand on it...blackout really was utter rubbish in the way it went all fortnite and cartoony..but there is something about warzone that keeps pulling me back in..
@Northern_munkey Yeah modern warfare is the best call of duty in years! I still can’t get use to Cold War.
@ScottyG - the season 1 update to cold war before christmas caused a stuttering framerate bug on the PS5 version — i found it to be close to unplayable.. it was fixed in the new year, it plays for me without any drops that i can notice (though i am playing at 1080p/60fps).
@leucocyte
Ah that would definitely explain some things. I also had no idea how bad Raytracing hurt the performance until I watched the digital foundry video. Simply switching RT off and bringing the FOV down to 90 gives my a consistent 60fps at 4K with HDR
@Northern_munkey im totally with you there. For those reasons, i really hope we dont see zombies in verdansk. Id like it to stay somewhat realistic.
