We're a couple of months into 2021, and while the release schedule is slowing down, there are still plenty of PlayStation games coming in the near future. Whether you're playing on PS5 or PS4, March and April still have a handful of interesting titles to look forward to — provided nothing gets delayed. Let's take a look at what's in store over the next few weeks.

Yakuza: Like a Dragon (PS5) - 2nd March
Yakuza: Like a Dragon is already available on PS4, but patient fans will have been waiting for this next-gen version. Following the dramatic story of new protagonist Ichiban Kasuga, this latest Yakuza game is one of the wackiest yet. It introduces turn-based battles, a party of allies, and of course, a wide range of ridiculous side activities and missions. And on PS5, it'll look better than ever.
Outriders - 1st April
Square Enix is trying something different with Outriders on PS5 and PS4. It's a sci-fi shooter in the same vein as titles like Destiny; that means plenty of loot and some RPG elements to delve into. Developed by Bulletstorm makers People Can Fly, this should be a blast.
Returnal - 30th April
Returnal is the next game from Housemarque, the creators of modern arcade classics like Resogun and Nex Machina. It's a third person shooter with rogue-like elements, meaning certain aspects change each time you play. Interwoven with that is a story about the mysterious main character, her past, and her desperate attempts to escape an alien world. The next PS5 exclusive, this is looking like a winner.

I'll be getting Yakuza without a doubt. Been hungry for the PS5 release for a while now.
But I'll be waiting on Returnal for the PC release. Should be sooner than later.
Plus It Takes Two is day one. Everything from Joseph is day one.
Disco Elysium supposedly sometime in March
Missing NieR: Replicant!!
Well , i guess it's Guilty Gear for April.
Judgement asking price is a little hard to swallow 😏😏
Also missing Maquette
Judgement is 28.85 at Base.com
https://www.base.com/buy/product/judgement-ps5/dgc-judgeps5.htm
Yakuza is £41.85 at Base.com
Returnal is £63.85
Outriders is £44.85
....honestly it makes literally no sense to shop at Amazon for new releases any more. They are as bad as Game, just without the hard sell for...disc insurance.
Amazon are only good for the odd release months after release whem they sometimes have the game on sale for a decent price.
Particularly as sites like Base.com amd Shopto.net invariably deliver the game before street date
Only Outriders and Returnal for me.
Outriders was pretty fun from what i play.especially as a pyromancer.that demo was cool.word up son
Capcom arcade stadium when it finally comes to the ps4.
Possibly R-Type final 2 if its not too expensive.
Waiting for the metro exodus ps5 patch too.
already got like a dragon ps4 version so free upgrade to ps5. for once nothing catches my eye for march so probably work on backlog. playing horizon zero dawn
Necrodancer collectors edition would be tempting if it was half the price.
Though I guess most people only buy them in the hope they are worth a squillion pounds one day.
I want it takes two and balan wonderland
@RudeAnimat0r Probably my most wanted game this year...
@Onigumo Yeah, it's in my short list as well. Might be the only game I buy on release all year.
@ShiningStar
They still haven't said what the exact release date is right?
Shame Sony do not get SoS instead we get Harvest moon.
I will not buy something like Judgement again for 40$ just to have it look prettier, that is stupid.
So March only has the ps plus games for me! Maquette will probably have most of my attention.
Returnal and It Takes Two are the only decent looking games.
Don't forget Crash 4 & Tony Hawk PS5 editions are also out in March, for those interested.
Iris Fall is currently on sale for $2, so $40 is a huge rip-off for it.
@Quintumply You're missing Mortal Shell: Enhanced Edition (PS5), Oddworld Soulstorm (PS5), and NieR Replicant ver.1.22474487139... (PS4) from the list.
Mortal Shell: Enhanced Edition ($29.99, Free Upgrade) - March 04
Oddworld: Soulstorm ($49.99, FREE with PS+ in April) - April 06
NieR Replicant ver.1.22474487139... ($59.99) - April 23
@OlosNah no, they've been very quiet. Hope we're not looking at an incoming delay!
@ShiningStar
I was hoping/expecting a release date at the last State of Play.. A delay could happen I guess. They are recording all of the voice work for the lines in the game maybe that's the reason?
Really looking forward to this game.
@playstation1995 kinda agree. I thought it had a lot of issues (too many to list here), but I enjoyed my time with the demo and was curious to see where the story was going, even if the story wasn’t amazing. That said, I’ll wait for it to hit £20 I think. Fun enough I’d play it all the way through, but maybe not day 1 purchase
@ShadowofSparta. Definitely it was cool game.especially as a pyromancer.word up son
I thought Disco Elysium is coming out this month?
Judging by the latest trends in the industry, until
some ".... has gone gold" news appears, no release dates further than 1 month should be considered 100% certain.
Looking forward to a review of Battle Axe...
