And breathe a sigh of relief, everyone. Disco Elysium: The Final Cut will be officially dated for release on PlayStation 5 and PS4 at some point this week. Coming to both consoles at some point later this month, budding buyers had started to become a bit worried the game wouldn't hit its original March release window. That doesn't appear to be the case, however, as an announcement is now right around the corner. Thus, the hotly-anticipated isometric RPG will hit both the PS5 and PS4 within the next 16 days.
Confirmation comes via the game's official Discord page, where "Mikk" has reassured fans once more. He said: "Also chiming in to say that you'll get a release date this week." Simple and to the point, we like it. We'll bring you that elusive release date whenever it is confirmed, of course. In the meantime, be sure to check out our recent interview with developer ZA/UM. Writer Justin Keenan explains what bonus content The Final Cut will bring, how the PS5 porting process has gone, and how the game will map to a controller.

Phew indeed! I was getting worried there for a second...
Hope everyone enjoys! I’ll be doing another playthrough on PC with the extra voice acting and content coming at the same time.
Good news, although I do hate this trend of 'announcements about announcements' that seems to have crept into modern PR.
Looking forward to getting stuck into this.
So it is coming out this month? That's good, I loved the game. Might pick it up again on PS4/5 given they've seemingly done a lot of extra work & I want to support them.
I've been waiting for this for ages! Hopefully it'll be out end of the week!!!!
Great game (did PC on day 1)- one of the best Indies I have played in years
Communist cop, here I come
