Bandai Namco has released the opening movie for upcoming action RPG Scarlet Nexus. It's fully animated, and it's got a catchy Japanese rock song as a backing track. In other words, it's very anime.
Scarlet Nexus is out pretty soon — next month, in fact — on both PlayStation 5 and PlayStation 4. But are you looking forward to it? Feel free to get hyped off this opening movie in the comments section below.

Err.... after seeing so many great Anime OPs/EDs this year (especially for TV series), I got to say that this one looks pretty lackluster. There wasn't any moment during the OP I was in awe.
Animation and cinematography are average. Music is fine.
It's cool. Not "Jujutsu Kaisen ED" type of cool, but it was alright...
This is anime as hell and I want it.
@Athrum To be fair, JJK does set a high bar....
This anime opening has significantly decreased my interest in the game. The gameplay looks intriguing but the anime flair is a turn off for me.
Sort of meh... but I’m buying it so I can play and control what basically looks like an awesome Anime. Not watch one.

@Agramonte @B_Lindz Same here game looks lovely! However I'll probably wait for a $30 sale or cheaper, in no rush to play.
Anime games are a guilty pleasure of mine, so will hopefully enjoy the game whenever I get around to buying & playing.
@KidBoruto Yeah I did that with CodeVein - it was worth it in the end. They do not take long to go on sale.
