The PlayStation 5 and PlayStation 4 Trophy lists for Scarlet Nexus have appeared on Sony's servers, giving us some insight into the scope of Bandai Namco's upcoming action RPG. As always, we'd advise against looking at the actual list if you're wary of spoilers, but we'll try to give you the general gist of things in this article.
As our headline alludes, it looks like a potentially tough title to Platinum. There seem to be quite a few time consuming Trophies here, with trinkets for completing the full game as both playable characters, maxing out your "bonds" with every party member, and performing all kinds of attacks and techniques in combat.
So yeah, it's probably going to take a while to 100 per cent Scarlet Nexus. But did you expect anything different? Power up your brain's functions in the comments section below.

I'm getting this on the series x, only because I have gift cards I can use, but I can not wait. This Plat doesn't look TOO bad. Mainly the enemy codex needing to be filled is looking like the worst part.
Played the demo. It's pretty damn awesome. Can't wait!
Preordered and can't wait, this game is right up my street. Not checking the trophy list just yet. Completing it with 2 protagonists makes sense, though, I just hope the campaigns are different enough between them.
I really wish I could say the demo sold me on the game, but it just left me more conflicted. The combat is a lot smoother than I expected, but the complete lack of tracking still makes it feel clunkier than it should, and considering combat is the primary focus of the game, that's a big issue.
Also, I know I shouldn't judge the whole game based on a demo, but I really hope it doesn't consist of walking around streets and alleys constantly looking at a more interesting setting I wish I could explore. Because that's the impression I got.
I don't know what to think. This game oozes style, but I just can't see the substance yet.
Gotta say I HATE many of the trophy lists on JRPGs.
Trophies should add enjoyment, not feel like a chore yet they often have some of the grindiest achievements, as well as requiring multiple playthroughs on a 40-200 hour game.
It's just not fun, which for many of us who are a little obsessive/compulsive is a big turn off
From the little the article mentions it doesn't sound too bad really. I think the latest trophy lists are just easier and less time consuming than they always used to be. This one will probably be more like a list from three or four years ago.
Also, there was an article on here just before Returnal released articulating how easy that platinum would be... from all I've heard it is actually very difficult.
My only concern with the platinum is that no matter how good the gameplay, grindy platinums suck.
@Enuo Looking at God Eater and Code Vein etc etc I wouldn't expect more from the scenarios, Bandai arpgs always look barren as hell.
@Enuo Agree with you. I was contemplating pre-ordering it if Biomutant flopped, and I was excited to try the demo. After the demo, I was immediately glad I didn’t pull the trigger. Everything about the demo looked good, the combat was flashy and complex, but honestly it felt sort of boring, despite that.
@themightyant
I get what you are saying. But we are all different. So while you may find stuff like this a chore, others find it a joy. (like I do). Its hard to please everybody unfortunately.
@rawzeku I completely agree - it is almost impossible to please everybody as we are all different.
There are many games that I don't mind grinding, but for a lot of JRPGs that grinding takes a game from maybe 40 hours to 200+ hours with no new mechanics and little reward.
I used to not mind this and maybe even enjoyed it, but as I get older, I want them to respect my time a little more.
... yet at the same time i'm into hour 1000+ of Genshin Impact, so I probably don't know what i'm talking about
Great, a game where I'll only focus on the story mode then!
