New Death Stranding trailer too
Jurassic World Evolution 2 was a highlight for me. I was like, ‘Ooo finally... a game without a female lead.’ But then I remembered... ‘all the animals in Jurassic Park are female. We’ve engineered them that way.’ Never mind 🤣
Jokes aside, I’m SO looking forward to this 😬
Far Cry 6 looked like Far Cry 5... and Far Cry 4... and Far Cry 3 ... and well yeah.. It’s Far Cry.
Just tell me when DokeV comes out.
Don't forget DokeV.
I was mesmerised by that trailer.
First time I have ever watched this show for me Normally just watch PlayStation shows. It was ok. I give it a 5 out 10 + that game DokeV did look very cool and mad I liked that
More (though very little) gameplay of Aloy in Genshin Impact, along with a teaser of an in-game "concert."
I know, but Genshin Impact is a guilty pleasure - and something I can play with one of my kids who is hooked on it.
Vampire: The Masquerade Bloodhunt was announced during the opening. Surprised no site is talking about that.
When is Konami expected to make announcements?
Shame we have to wait longer for TMNT Shredder's Revenge
They really need an editor. Considering they showed so little it seemed to drag on for ages.
Was a shame about the horizon delay...but was expected.
Surprised we didn't see halo campaign gameplay... Doesn't fill with confidence.
And I don't believe any of the cod footage we were shown. 'in gameplay' 'in engine' what does that even mean? Was it ps5 footage or not? I liked the more verticality to the levels. But other than that it was just standard cod. Looked pretty if legit though.
Sifu stole the show for me. Looks better everytime they show it.
With COD, Horizon FW and DS DC getting it's announcements and trailers squared away at GC, it seems all but certain that Sony won't have an annual show this year.
Holiday season is looking very light this year...
@fR_eeBritney far cry 6 character models looks like late ps3 graphics
@Howson79 God of War Ragnarok still doesn't have a release date (we only know 2022 but not the month and day). Maybe they'll have a small State of Play where they give us some gameplay and a solid release date for next year.
DokeV looks out of this world awesome! Hope they can pull it off. Nino Kuni already showed what a good/non lazy Pokemon game looks like.
Gamescom was better than E3 this year
I'm happy with all of the third party games on the way, but I'm feeling mightily mugged off by Sony's marketing of the ps5!
It's a good job the machine lives up to the hype or it would be like the £70 games all over again!
The two stand-outs for me were Jurassic World Evolution II and Park Beyond. Seriously, I need something to scratch my Park Management itch while I wait for Planet Zoo to be ported to PS5!
I would like to know what is going down in the NaughtyDog kennel...
A huge helping of "meh", to be honest. Seems like the kind of stuff that would trickle out in the normal daily news cycle. Though to be fair, most of it isn't my cup of tea no matter what they showed of them. I admit, just a short trailer of Remake Part 2 or DQXII would be a huge deal for me. Or more BotW2. Another Ace Attorney and Layton would be great too. But a soft reboot of Saints Row is like hearing there's a new kind of McFlurry at McDonalds, to be honest.
@Rash It has been announced some time ago, they only set a date for early access during Gamescom. I've even read some gameplay previews about it a months or two ago.
@Matroska lol, agree with that. Call of Duty, Saints Row, Lego Star Wars being headliners is almost like Geoff saying, “I’ve got the most sterile gaming show ready for you.” Still appreciate that, despite that, he ended the show with a long DS trailer. At least he knew to save the best for last, even if it’s an extended version of an old game.
Not gonna say it sucked but it was very underwhelming like it has been the past few years. Guess it's to be expected since Sony and Nintendo don't really participate in these events anymore and have their own showcases.
@Tomato_Goose First I've seen actual gameplay, so it's news to me.
Sony PlayStation trailer 0:27
GT7 in development for PlayStation. Ghostwire Tokyo in development for PS5.
GT7 confirmed for PS4 IMO.
