Due out next year on the 17th February, King of Fighters XV will soon be gearing up with an open beta on PlayStation 5 and PlayStation 4. Said beta will begin on the 19th November and end on the 22nd November. It'll feature eight different fighters, and you'll be able to try out both casual online matches and private room matches. An offline training mode will also be available so that you can correct your combos before throwing down with other players.
This beta's going to be a big deal for SNK's latest. We're yet to really see King of Fighters XV in action, so we're hoping that it'll make a good first impression. Will you be taking part? Try to find some infinites in the comments section below.

I mean, I’ll try it for the beta, but visually it looks a little bit previous generation when you’ve got Guilty Gear hanging around.
@somnambulance Guilty Gear Strive has absolutely spoiled us. Every other fighting game looks crap by comparison (aside from FighterZ and GG Rev 2!).
I actually prefer older KOF's sprite-based visuals but I get why it can't really stay that way. They seem to be going after that SF5 look but it's not quite there.
Cool.word up son
Reminder that SNK is now owned by the guy that chopped up a Washington Post columnist and stuffed him into a suitcase and holds public beheadings of LGBT people.
On the game itself: looks a bit old and generic.
Never heard of the other 14 😂
@Shstrick What? Who's that?
On the game, yea looks a bit dated. Their character concept art is usually the best out of the 2d fighters. If they can somehow apply that to their 3d models they could create something really beautiful.
