An historic route connecting Cheyenne to Laramie in Wyoming is the backdrop for Train Sim World 2’s newest expansion, Sherman Hill. Available now, the add-on depicts an iconic rail first built in the 1860s, which is currently serviced by Union Pacific and its third-generation Diesel engines, the EMD SD70Ace and EMD SD40-2.
You’ll be hauling freight in a variety of different scenarios, as part of a 58 mile route across the western state. As with all rail add-ons, you’ll find a variety of training missions and campaigns to complete, as well as a full 24-hour timetable with hundreds of journeys to tackle. Unfortunately, there’ll be no Trophies on the PS5 or PS4, as the game recently hit a technical snag on Sony’s consoles.
Correction: Actually, the Sherman Hill DLC does have a Trophy list on the PS4, but not currently on the PS5.

If the drawdistance and frame rate was better, I’m be so keen for this!
Unless somebody can tell me about next gen patches?
@NateGoesLive There is a next-gen version of the game, but it does still struggle with pop-in and performance.
Looks pretty nice overall, though, in my opinion. Obviously is still a "lower budget" game, but I think it's on the upper-echelon simulation games for presentation, aside from Flight Simulator which is in its own league of course.
Every time I see one of these articles I get closer to buying this! Bizarrely enough, my History exam back in high school was about the railroad being built in America so this is really cool.
Updated the article as I noticed this DLC does have a Trophy list on PS4 but not on PS5. They need to figure this out with Sony.
Such a niche series. Simulations are something I’ve never been able to wrap my head around.
There's a trophy list up for ps5 too. Sony must have backed down
