Like so many other games of late, the release of Farming Simulator 22 merely represents the start. Giants Software has updated the PlayStation 5 and PS4 agricultural sim to v1.2 today, and bundled in 16 new vehicles and tools free-of-charge. The list of additions includes the returning Case IH Steiger Quadtrac, alongside a couple of new brands, like American manufacturer ABI Attachments.

The update also adds in a couple of placeables, like a mobile home and an old barn. “Meanwhile, working on the fields gets a bit more intelligible, with the field info now showing yield potential and the recommended tool to remove weeds,” the press release reads. You can also expect the usual bug fixes and optimisation improvements – a good first patch overall, then.
