Slitterhead looks mental. Give it to us immediately. Obviously, that can't actually happen, but boy are we in the mood for what Bokeh Game Studio is cooking up after its lead designers left Sony. No platforms were announced for this one, but we'll buy whichever ones it comes to based on the announcement trailer embedded above.
Former Silent Hill Developers Announce Slitterhead
And it looks crazy

It was a...strange one indeed.
Is this a horror game, or an action game? The trailer kind of suggested both when the music went all "jazzy" and had some combat sequences, but then went...dark in tone.
Either way, I am intrigued.
All I can say is "Eeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee!!!!"
It warmed my heart seeing insane Japanese horror like this.
This looks super interesting, the last shot remind me of parasyte manga actually. Can't wait for more details, I think it's an action horror game, since there's sword in the trailers.
Parasyte, how I have longed for you to come again, this time as a game…
I want to see gameplay to make sure I will like it, but stylistically, I am beyond impressed and can’t wait to see more!
I almost gaged from seeing these monsters... Day one fo sure.
Came for ps4? I hope so
Very very cool looking. Definitely one I’ll keep an eye out for.
Yeah. That looks awesome.
This was one I've been waiting to learn more, so big surprise for me. It does look crazy good.
This looks a lot like Parasyte in a way, and I'm all for it.
Well, there's 60 seconds I'll never get back.
Now that it’s all wrapped up, I’d say this was potentially the highlight of TGA for me.
There might be horror roots but looks more like an action game with creepy looking enemies than “horror”.
Toyama! I'm in! Why couldn't this had been greenlit at Japan Studio Jim and Hermen!
@GamingFan4Lyf I believe it to be a hybrid of action and horror, judging by what we saw in the trailer.
This and Alan Wake were my favourite games from this event. So excited. Looks slightly camp/cheesy, but I'm all in, inject it in my veins!!
This one's my takeaway among all announcements. Really cool looking.
Looks cool, and Yamaoka is back. Ill keep my eye on this one.
If the trailer is anything to go by it looks like an action horror. I would have preferred the Erie slow paced gameplay from Silent Hill.
I'll keep it on my radar though. Anything horror is an interest for me.
Looks like the most interesting reveal at the game awards.
@Tharsman Impossible to tell at this point.
What do you think people, will this game be aviable for PS5?!
It looks interesting, but much more action-horror than I'm looking for from this particular developer. And it's certainly not looking to be survival horror-inspired at all.
It could be cool, but it's also really strange to see the trailer invoking Silent Hill's name leading up to this particular reveal.
Have to admit, I wasn't expecting that when I saw from the creator of silent Hill. It was all weird, dark and scary then it hits with awesome tunes and what looks like abit of action then back to dark and scary. What ever it is I'm all for it. Give it to me!!! (in a totally not weird way)
Japan sure knows how to design some nasty body horror. Let me grab a bucket.
this is gona be as mad as dead space dismember them to kill them! crazy times ahead. il need a good light hearted funny game to play after this one 😂
I was hoping for a bit darker of a horror tone, but I’m still gonna play it.
@invictus4000 and a few more seconds to type that comment.
Looks Silent Hill and Devil May Cry are having a baby.
Personally, I'm interested but only very vaguely... Silent Hill's slow, tension building games creeped me the F out and that genre is pretty slim these days. Action horror games are literally saturating the market - especially in VR where almost every other FPS game is a zombie/mutant shooter.
..Seriously, I'm tapped out when it comes to horror action games. I have no place in my library for them.. hoping this title is more than a Devil May Cry clone.
I’m 100% checking this out and will watch it as the reveals progress, but as others have said, I’d like a slow-paced psychological horror game. Should I just get The Medium? It reviewed well except for the Team Bloober haters spewing endless shade at Team Bloober.
