Well, this is certainly a sign of the times, isn’t it? Here’s PlayStation boss Jim Ryan, on stage during a press conference at CES 2022 – and it feels, well, weird. It’s been so long since Sony had a proper keynote due to coronavirus and internal strategy alterations that we’d forgotten what it’s like. Ryan’s still not particularly great at it, of course, but he got through his presentation fine.
You’ve already read most of the headlines coming out of his speech, but if you wanted to watch it in full, we’ve embedded the presentation above. He talks a little bit about PlayStation 5’s success, before officially announcing the new PSVR2 headset. More than anything, it’s just nice to see a Sony executive back on the big stage – hopefully there’ll be more of this to come in 2022.

I am sure he’s good at his job but that’s obviously not making public speeches.
That was cut out very short...but am excited for the potential future of PlayStation!
