Far Cry 6 will round out its post-launch content offering next week with the final DLC instalment centred around villains from previous entries. We've had Vaas from Far Cry 3, Pagan Min of Far Cry 4 fame, and now it's the turn of cult leader Joseph Seed from Far Cry 5. Titled Collapse, this concluding expansion once again uses the rogue-like elements of the past two DLCs. It's out on 8th February 2022 and is available as part of the season pass or purchasable standalone for £11.99/$14.99. The season pass is on sale on the PS Store, with PS Plus subscribers getting a bigger discount.
The DLC takes us back to Hope County, providing "a unique opportunity for players to tap into Joseph's tortured mind, face off against his former cult followers after his faith has collapsed, and ultimately confront his family members as he struggles to conquer his inner demons".
Alongside paid DLC, Ubisoft has been bolstering Far Cry 6 with free missions. The latest of which was one all about Rambo, but doesn't actually feature the famous Sylvester Stallone. Make it make sense. Instead, you get get to "go Rambo" as Dani Rojas.
Have you been keeping up with Far Cry 6's DLC? Have you enjoyed these rogue-like elements? Share your thoughts in the comments below.

Think im done with far cry now, didn't finish 4, only did a few hours of 5 and got bored. 6 looked good and picked it up on sale but again got bored with it, dont know why i keep buying them lol.
I've really enjoyed the past few DLC's, so I'm looking forward to this too.
Really enjoyed replaying Blood Dragon again too. For me, the season pass has been great.
I never really bother with the dlc’s… low-key fan of the series though. Good dumb fun all of them!
This will be a def pass for me. I wasn’t a fan of Far cry 6-preferred 5 to it really. But these dlc do look cool tho.
@Daleaf same here apart from i didnt bother to buy 6. Its a shame as farcry has the potential to be an outstanding FPS but they always drop the ball when it comes to the story and missions. Everything else is there for me.
@Gloamin The back story of the villain is what pushes you through each DLC. You get to see a little but more of them from their own perspective, but it's rogue-like style offers much different way to play than the standard Far Cry.
I'm not a rogue-like person and it did annoy me for the first few hours of the Vaas DLC, but once I got into it, I really enjoyed it.
3 “dream” dlc. Not one original story, science fiction adventure, added land or things that matter. After 5 and New Dawn, I’m sick of Joe Seed. I think by now, we all know his thought process. These DLC are a joke.
Good stuff the DLC for Far Cry 6 has actually been pretty excellent. Far Cry 5 is one of my least favorite Far Crys mostly because of the voiceless protagonist but that won't be an issue here so I'm down to play this one too.
@SoulChimera where do you find the blood dragon content? Go to psn and look the game up? Sorry I didn’t know that was part of it, just thought the gun, armor and pet was all we got and I’m at work so I can’t check
@Kidfunkadelic83 haha, yea i was debating getting 6 or not but thought give it a try and regretted it after about 2hrs. As you said the story and missions just get boring fast.
I've always enjoyed how wild and different Ubisoft tended to go with Farcry's DLC. I'm really confused as to why they'd take the same basic loop and use it 3 times to tell these stories. It offers far less, thematically, than the old DLCs. It seems like they're simply chasing the roguelike trend (and, in Ubisoft fashion, are very late to it).
This is the one I was the most excited for. I loved Joseph Seed.
The season pass / DLC looks to be better than the base game.
Blood Dragon alongside playing as the villains should be about 10 hours playtime. Soon as there’s a sale on the season pass I’m in.
@Quadalog Sorry, I’m not at home to check either. I think it may be in the Far Cry 6 add on section in the game hub on the PS5. If it isn’t, I must have just got it from the store.
Heading in to 80 hours so far, finished campaign and doing endgame stuff, side quests I missed and still exploring. Game is an absolute blast. I only played New Dawn so not familiar with previous villains. Except the out of context (for me) New Dawn cameos. So I have not done any of the DLCs at this point yet. The rogue part does not intrigue me. But there is so much to do on the map that will keep me busy. Plus there is a whole end game live service Insurgency thingy which keeps things going. It’s a little too Division 2, but it’s optional at least. I guess its hip to dump on Far Cry, but for my first proper FC game, I am getting a lot of fun out of it!
Didn't like the first two. Probably won't bother with this
Great, so a year from now the Complete Edition should be super dirt cheap, right?
I loved the Rambo mission, especially the ending in the Fort. I really hope they continue to do these missions. Absolutely my favourite PS5 game so far
