One of the best things about Techland's Dying Light 2 is its parkour, so it's only right that the Nightrunner Trials make up some of the most enjoyable side content in the game. There were a decent number of them back at launch in February 2022, and the Polish developer is adding more very soon. In fact, one of them is already available in-game: the Flying Scorpion in the Garrison district.
It's a checkpoint-based challenge, with a gold medal awarded for beating it inside one minute and 10 seconds. The Twitter clip below shows off a few of the parkour tasks you'll have to overcome in Flying Scorpion.
And more of these parkour challenges will be added to the game free of charge "very soon", says the Dying Light Twitter account. Not much but at least it'll add a few more metres to the 960,000 we need for the platinum.
Aside for the parkour challenges tied to a side quest I didnt really touch them.
Adding more wont get me to return to the game. Waiting for "the following" style story DLC.
Waiting for new game plus for this and horizon forbidden west.
Not touching this until we get new game plus and more story DLC.
