Surely something is afoot for the Tekken franchise? In addition to a new animated series on Netflix, SEGA has announced crossover content is coming to Virtua Fighter 5: Ultimate Showdown on the PlayStation 4. Despite the brawler first launching in 2006, the publisher has partnered with Bandai Namco to bring Heihachi, Kazuya, and more outfits to the re-release.
The fighter has actually received a steady stream of content since launching as part of PS Plus last year. As part of a DLC pack in December, it added Yakuza-inspired costumes, which made sense considering the game was re-released using the Dragon Engine by the Yakuza Studio. There’s no word on a release date for the Tekken content, beyond a vague “coming soon”.

Awesome tagline!
I really hope Sega has a VF6 in the works.
(sigh) Can we just get Tekken 8 already 😩
I did like this game but it massively lacked content,no unlockables or anything.
"Tekken Crossover..."
😃 Oh?!
"costumes..."
😒...oh.
But on a serious note, I really want a new VF game (and TK8 while we are at it).
