The force is clearly strong with LEGO Star Wars: The Skywalker Saga. The game is a great reimagining of the full run of movies, and it's clearly resonating with fans. Publisher WB Games has issued a new press release, stating the game has been immensely successful thus far when it comes to sales. In fact, the title's launch is now the biggest of any LEGO game.
It has "surpassed all previous LEGO console game launches", selling 3.2 million units globally in its first two weeks on sale. This figure exceeds records "across every platform, region, and edition." It's an impressive (most impressive) result — we've definitely seen this reflected in the UK's weekly retail charts.
In other news, some of the game's many DLC packs have arrived recently, including characters from Rogue One.

I mean, the game is an absolute triumph. I'm having so much fun with it!
Not a fan of Star Wars, but Lego games can be incredibly fun, so I'll eventually give it a try.
DLC just two weeks after release? Everyone who was complaining about Tiny Tina's DLC arriving too soon after release must hate this game even more.
They did a great job with this one. It looks great, plays great and the humour is genuinely funny. Excellent fun.
Soon as I can find a physical Deluxe Edition I will buy it.
@Milktastrophe haven't you heard? Double standards exist because reasons
Lego Overall sales in UK (Digital + physical retail)
PlayStation: 39%
Xbox: 34%,
Switch: 16%
PC: 11%
I rented it (not here yet) but glad to see it sold well not only in general - but on both Xbox and PS.
The base is strong
I haven't played anything else since launch. I rarely seek out Platinums, but this one will be mine.
My lad played through the story while I’m clearing the vast amount of collectibles. It’s definitely not perfect and is in need of a few patches. Frame rate is proper choppy and we’re playing on PS5.
I wanted to support this at launch, but I'm broke right now and I have a feeling it'll be $25 New by Black Friday/Christmas.
Not to mention my backlog is immense lol.
People are only buying the Game because it comes with a Lego figure that sells for $80 on ebay,
buy a game for $60 and sell for $80, $20 profit...
