Remastered fighting game JoJo's Bizarre Adventure: All-Star Battle R is getting a playable demo for PS5 and PS4 next week, on the 16th June. The demo will feature four characters (which honestly seems a bit stingy): Jonathan Joestar, Jotaro Kujo, Dio, and Jolyne Cujoh. Oh, and only two modes will be available: online and practice. It's starting to sound more like a beta than a demo...
Despite its obvious limitations, players should still be able to put the remaster's adjusted and expanded fighting mechanics to the test.

I'm conflicted about this game's looks. Not sure if it's great or terrible
@Voltan I think it captures the energy of the source material (at least in motion) brilliantly, but the visuals themselves have that kind of murky PS3 look, with a weirdly dark colour palette.
It did look great back in the PS3 days, but anime fighters have evolved a lot since then.
@ShogunRok My thoughts exactly, except I know very little about the source material
@Voltan you should change that. if you're into anime - give this one a chance. it's fantastic!
demo / beta - whatever you want to call it, I'm down. JoJo Eyes of Heaven was fun. I'm looking forward to this one as I didn't play it back in the PS3 days.
Star Platinum - Za Warudo! ORA!
@strawhatcrew I'm kind of indifferent about anime in general - enjoy some, definitely don't mind the general aesthetic, but don't watch it a lot.
Ora Ora Ora! Shigechi, it´s your time to shine!
Free demos are always welcome!
