Cuphead: The Delicious Last Course was released just under two weeks ago, and the terrific expansion to the base Cuphead game has already passed an astounding sales milestone: one million units sold across all platforms.
Studio MDHR director and executive producer Maja Moldenhauer had the following to say, in a blog post announcing the achievement.
“This marks an even quicker timeline than it took for the original game to achieve this momentous feat, and we are just beside ourselves with joy and appreciation."
"These words certainly do not encompass how grateful we are, but to the amazing Cuphead players worldwide we say nonetheless: thank you from the bottom of our hearts.”
We loved The Delicious Last Course ourselves, and you can read our full thoughts on the subject in our review.

Cuphead has only increased in popularity since the original game released, and now it's available across every gaming ecosystem.
A bit on the short side, but Ms Chalice is a fun character, and my return to that intoxicating world was welcome, however brief.
Love the DLC and the devs definitely deserve it.
Even though it’s a little short there’s a lot of fun to be had. Most importantly they were realistic and made it 8 bucks.
Not played it yet, can't get the Switch off the wee man, he is getting frustrated by it but can't put it down.
Glad it has sold well, as @playstation1995 says, great game and great art style.
Glad it's doing well. I had a blast with it. For people that enjoyed the base game, this expansion is well worth getting.
