Update: IO Interactive has now officially announced Ambrose Island, which will come with plenty of new unlocks for Agent 47, including the Guerrilla Wetsuit. While the Danish developer is still generally keeping details quiet for now, it’s confirmed that the “fully explorable sandbox location is packed with new targets, gameplay opportunities, challenges, and unlockable rewards”.
July will also see the addition of a couple of Elusive Targets, as well as new Elusive Target Arcades from 14th July. “Complete any of the batches to unlock The Iridescent Katana. Don’t be fooled by the colourful design. This is a deadly katana that will make the blood you spill blend in beautifully with the motif of the blade,” the developer says.
Original Article: There’s one more mission for slaphead assassin Agent 47 to complete, and owners of Hitman 3 will be able to tackle it for free. Set in the Andaman Sea in the Indian Ocean, this is a late-night, tropical map, with a harbour and a selection of bars. There are also beaches, lookout towers, and thick jungle areas.
The target looks to be a nasty lady with tattoos, who’s shown visiting prisoners and even throwing one over a ledge. There are no further details available – in fact, we can’t help but wonder whether Sony accidentally pulled the trigger on this trailer when it wasn’t supposed to – but the video should give you a flavour of what to expect.

More Hitman is never a bad thing. Free Hitman is always a great thing.
Can’t wait to see what they do with the 007 license. Gonna miss 47 though…
@TheKramer89 they aren't done with 47. You can bet that they will take everything they learned from the world of assassination trilogy and 007 and come back with another iteration.
Agent 47 is their golden boy, for very good reason.
Man, I am glad I jumped back on board for Hitman 3. Easily the best Hitman since Blood Money imo. I'm loving these content updates, and I can't wait for the roguelike mode they have in the pipeline.
Nice, I've excited to try out that new area. There's quite a lot going on in that trailer, so it should be a fun map to explore.
I did not know the new map is going to be free. That is great. Although, I must say that it was the Freelance mode that made me dive head first in the new Hitman trilogy.

@sonicbooming
All the antagonists in Hitman are nasty people. Otherwise 47 wouldn't be killing them. Also don't see how race factors at all into this.
@sonicbooming bruh are you serious? You need to learn your definitions before you throw words like that around. Hitman literally kills criminals who are the biggest scum on the planet. It's the main reason killing non targets is frowned upon (but sometimes hilarious).
@PegasusActual93 There are some weirdos on this website man.
Also 90's kids (bro fist emoji)
I'm stoked now. I can never say no to new Hitman maps and even less so for free ones. As a PC gamer I consider this a welcome gesture to patch up the wounds they've caused with the flawed launch on the platform.
@RedRiot193
I was born in 97 and didn't start gaming until the early 2000s so i am certainly not a 90s kid but thanks.
@jrt87
I get if it's an ethnic stereotype or something but this ain't it chief.
"free" but don't you need the hitman 3 game to play this anyways 🤷♀️🤷♀️
Happy to see that they're still regularly updating Hitman 3!
@huyi Its free DLC.
@WallyWest and how am I going to redeem if I don't own the game? 🤔🤔
@huyi Why are you replying to a weeks old comment? I don't care anymore.
