SD Gundam Battle Alliance lands on PS5 and PS4 in just over a month, and so Bandai Namco has revealed the game's rather good opening movie. It features a bunch of different mobile suits — all in chibi form, of course — as we're whisked through some of Gundam's most popular timelines.

Battle Alliance itself is an action RPG that sees you fight through key moments from throughout the Gundam universe. The game actually looks really promising based on the gameplay footage that we've seen so far, combining diorama-style environments with explosive, combo-based combat.
