Vampire: The Masquerade - Bloodhunt is a free-to-play battle royale on PS5 with an impressively un-wieldy title, and it's about to get a whole bunch of content added as part of the upcoming Summer Update, on 14 July.
Team Deathmatch is coming to the title, which will allow players to engage in 8v8 combat across five levels, with the first team to hit 50 kills being declared the winner.
Developer Sharkmob notes that, for new players, the battle royale mode can be overwhelming and Team Deathmatch would be the perfect place to hone their newly-bourgeoning vampiric powers.
In addition, performance improvements in the form of increased FPS and graphical fidelity are on the way.
There will also be a Summer Pass, adding 100 tiers of content for players to sink their teeth into and unlock new vanity items, currency, XP boosts and more.

I checked out Bloodhunt a little while back and it's pretty good. Surprisingly fun with some genuinely cool ideas, but a little rough around the edges, and there was unfortunately nothing there to hook me that I'm not getting elsewhere, but I was super bummed to see Sharkmobs recent post about the dwindling playerbase. The clearly put a lot of work into Bloodhunt, and you can see how much they're enjoying working on it.
This game fell off hard. They put a lot of work into the PC version of the game, but PS5....well...it's like they threw us to the wolves. Crossplay was on by default, with no crossplay lobbies, and combine that with the HORIFFIC aiming... Not surprised people left.
Seriously though. If your movement shooter controls worse than the Evil Within you have a massive problem. Not being able to make a circle with the reticle is a massive issue in terms of control on controller.
You also have to remember the doubled down on not giving console players Aim assist. Because they did not want to ruin the game for PC kids... When they said that i told myself this game is done.
@peewee78368 Why not make separate lobbies console and PC.
