Supermassive Games has announced the season one finale of its The Dark Pictures Anthology, which takes the shape of The Devil in Me, will release for PS5 and PS4 on 18th November 2022. A new trailer accompanies the reveal made in the Future Games Show Gamescom 2022 showcase, which you can view above.
There's a lot of new footage to digest, but the game looks a lot like The Shining meets SAW as a new cast of characters explores a hotel packed full of deadly traps. The Dark Pictures Anthology has gotten better and better as new entries have released, with House of Ashes being its best yet. It's hoped The Devil in Me will see the first season go out on a real high.
The late November release date only adds to a few packed months for horror fans. In October there's Signalis and Resident Evil Village DLC Shadows of Rose to play, and then November brings The Chant and the latest title out of Supermassive Games. This is all rounded out by The Callisto Protocol in early December, but then we're right back on the horror train in January with the Dead Space remake.
We'll have more coverage of The Devil in Me for you to read tomorrow. Are you looking forward to the fourth entry in The Dark Pictures Anthology? Let us know in the comments below.

I like this new direction. But I'm sensing Wendigo-like creatures breaking through the walls already.
Should have tried to get this in October, November is going to kill it's sale potential.
Ragnarok, Sonic, Evil West, now this. Looks like thisl have to be an xmas present for me XD
Will wait until December when it will be less than a tenner
@Americansamurai1 Yeah, I thought releasing a few days before Halloween was bad (since it takes me and my wife a week to get through these), but sheesh!!!
Obviously won't be as big as The Quarry (still saving for that with a few bills atm),but definitely wishlist it to add to the others in the Dark Pictures collection backlog. 👍
@Danloaded Pokemon Scarlet & Violet are also releasing in the same month.
I'll only be buying God of War: Ragnarok in November, the rest I'll wait a few years until they're dirt cheap.
