God of War Ragnarok is roughly three months away from its highly anticipated release on PS5 and PS4, which means that Sony's marketing machine should be kicking into gear very soon. But if, like us, you're on the verge of returning to 2018's God of War in order to refresh your memory, then this video might well be of use.

Ragnarok is, of course, a direct sequel to God of War, carrying on the story of Kratos and his son Atreus as they seemingly go head-to-head with a gallery of Norse gods. It's probably time for a refresher course, then, and this six-minute recap, starring Felicia Day and talking head Mimir, is brilliantly done.

As you'd expect, the video hits all of the key plot points from Kratos' previous adventure, and breaks them down with efficient explanations. Definitely worth a watch if you simply can't wait for Ragnarok.
