Teased last week, Dying Light 2's Bloody Ties DLC was fully revealed during the Gamescom Opening Night Live stream. It will be available for PS5 and PS4 on 13th October, adding gladiatorial combat to the game.
Bloody Ties will see players venturing to the repurposed Carnage Hall, once a famed opera concert, which now serves as a coliseum in which blood and viscera are spilt for the entertainment of the baying crowds. Earn glory and epic rewards in the arena, where the scenery changes each time you enter, and overcome a variety of new challenges and become the undisputed champion.
Dying Light 2 will be supported for years to come, with a five-year content roadmap in place. The first piece of major story-related DLC for the game will launch next month, in September.

Man, I’m so disappointed that the first story dlc is a damn battle arena. I never care about those kind of expensions and find them so boring, even with a story. The good thing is that it’s pretty cheap
@Chaotic_Goat - I completely agree. I paid for the more expensive game to get these for free. I was promised story DLC and this just isn’t that. Surprised as Techland normally are good with this type of thing but yeah this is rubbish.
This game is just too "brown" for me, preferred the look of the 1st Dying Light.
Depending on how much the DLC is I might dive back in to the game I enjoyed Dying Light 2 and thought it was fun and enjoyed the story.
