The latest charts from last week's physical game sales have finally appeared, and there's a pleasant surprise among the usual suspects. Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Shredder's Revenge made the jump to physical media, and it's done pretty well for itself. A number eight debut doesn't sound too hot, but that's not bad at all for a smaller game that released weeks ago digitally.
Digimon Survive also just about swings a top 10 debut. Both are welcome inclusions among a top 10 that's otherwise quite unimaginative. Horizon Forbidden West has been bumped down to second, LEGO Star Wars: The Skywalker Saga maintains its position in third, and F1 22 is still battling for points in sixth.
Here's the latest top 10 in full.
UK Sales Charts: Week Ending 30th July 2022
- Xenoblade Chronicles 3
- Horizon Forbidden West
- LEGO Star Wars: The Skywalker Saga
- Nintendo Switch Sports
- Mario Kart 8 Deluxe
- F1 22
- Minecraft (Switch)
- Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Shredder's Revenge
- Animal Crossing: New Horizons
- Digimon Survive

It's also worth noting that HFW is now apparetnly the 2nd best selling PS5 game, only behind Miles Morales and ahead of Fifa and Elden Ring (PS5 physical copies specifically)
@SinfulDestroyer who's bragging exactly?
Fantastic game. I haven't bought it as it's free on Game Pass (at the time of writing)
It's whetted my Turtles appetite though and I'll 100% be purchasing Turtles Cowabunga collection
Great news, I waited for the physical release and am glad I did, just finishing my Stray Platinum and I will be straight onto this one before the Cowabunga collection hits
teenage mutant turtles game reminds me hanging out in arcades when i was younger and the video rental shop when i was really young lol such a great game plus the 6 player is amazing.
With Game pass and Ps Plus, will these lists become obsolete at some point? Unless Sony and Microsoft start sharing numbers, I am not sure how these lists will reflect actual player numbers
yet again whats the point of a physical only sales chart when 80% of sales are now digital
Slightly befuddled Yankee here...is this physically available in the UK and where!?
Nice to see Xenoblade Chronicles selling well.
@Tanto_Mane Yes mate it is, I purchased mine from Amazon UK but it is also in Argos & Game UK (but more expensive). Only came out physically last week though.
@Mostik...naff...looks like a wide release for the end of September. Thankfully not entirely through "Limited Run"...those leecherous profiteers. What a time to be a TMNT-brawler devotee!
@Tanto_Mane Very true mate, it is frustrating as they produce some quality games with quality box art but the prices are pretty ridiculous! Like you I would rather wait it out, funnily enough I struggled to get the Capcom Fighting collection over here for a while, got a copy now (from the US) but I don't think that got a very wide release over here, it is back in stock at Amazon now but was AWOL for a short period.
Oh wow! Is anyone else surprised to see Digimon in the top 10?
XBC3 getting a well deserved number 1 debut and nice to see Digimon break the top 10.
@elchebib Nintendo don't share digital numbers too plus this is a physical chart.
