Fans feared that Marvel's Midnight Suns was looking at a 2023 release following a recent delay, but this latest trailer locks the game in for a 2022 launch — on PS5, at least. Firaxis' tactical take on the superhero genre launches 2nd December 2022, but only on current-gen hardware. If you're looking to play it on PS4, you'll have to wait a little longer.
The news comes along with some fresh gameplay, showing off how your team of heroes will fight off the baddies. In between battles you'll be able to chill out as the original character Hunter and build relationships with your superpowered allies.

That show was really bad but at least we know now we probably getting a PlayStation showcase this year because no spider man 2 was shown.
@KaijuKaiser a showcase has to happen if spider man 2 is releasing next year.
Such a poor show, was expecting it to be much longer and more in depth, hardly any gameplay, lots of filler, best game there was an avatar game for mobile 😩
between FM23 + GoW this has Jan sale all over it, if it reviews well
I fear this game will be overwhelmed by microtransactions... still it is light in darkness.
This got me more excited than i expected. Crafting my own superhero and building relationships with an amazing group of heroes and battling alongside them with a strategic system rather than a button masher? Sounds like i am gonna get it.
Glad they finally updated with a new solid date!
