NIS America has announced Monster Menu: The Scavenger's Cookbook for PS5 and PS4. It's promising an intriguing blend of dungeon crawling, tactical combat, and, as the title suggests, cooking. The gameplay loop has you delving into the aforementioned dungeons, gathering ingredients as you go, and then making some lovely meals around a campfire when your exploration is done for the day. Depending on what you cook up, you'll receive stat boosts and other bonuses on your next adventure. We're getting a whiff of Dragon's Crown here...
Anyway, this is shaping up to be one to watch for fans of quirky RPGs. It's currently scheduled for spring 2023, so we should be getting a better look at Monster Menu relatively soon.

This looks cute. A lot of the characters look like Trails of Cold Steel characters (which I like)
Always love Nippon Icchi art, and I want them to have creative freedom and try new things.
But I really just want Disgaea on a more regular basis, or more of the older games remade in D5's engine like D1.
This looks adorable af.
