You know the "hunting game" that EA teased a couple of weeks back? Well, we've now got a name. The project, which has been made possible through a partnership with Koei Tecmo and Dynasty Warriors developer Omega Force, is titled Wild Hearts — and it's described as "an epic adventure set in a fantasy world inspired by feudal Japan". You have our attention.
Wild Hearts will be revealed later this week, on the 28th September, through a YouTube premiere.
We assume that this is going to be some kind of Monster Hunter-esque experience. After all, developer Omega Force already has that kind of game under its belt thanks to the rock solid Toukiden series. In any case, we'll know much more very soon.

Funny how Koei went from a B and niche company to something way bigger. A lot of partnerships and some impressive games.
Personally I love the Warriors formula so I'm very happy to see Koei's rise.
@Gloamin Yeah I'd agree, Toukiden is underappreciated. Toukiden 2 in particular is really solid.
Is feudal Japan the new Vikings and zombies?
By the time Assassin's creed Red comes out a game set in feudal Japan will start to look old hat.
Lost me at feudel Japan.
Ok, so it's not Toukiden. This actually got me a little excited. Looking forward to it.
Never tried Toukiden but always heard it was a solid MH-like. Very curious about this one.
Niiiiiice. I thought the one with EA waa Rise of the Ronin. I didn't even knew there was gonna be TWO Koei Tecmo games with "feudal* Japan as a setting. Love it.
Now everyone wants to do feudal Japan... deary me. There is no drive in companies anymore. Just copy what others are doing and hope for the best.
I'm very interested in this "hunting game" I haven't played anything like this since MHWORLD
Looks fun. Hope there's a single player mode lol.
