A couple of months back, we brought you word that an Elden Ring board game was in the works. Well, the Kickstarter is now live (and actually has been for a couple of weeks, whoops) and still has another week to go. In news that should surprise absolutely no one, the project has already raised more than ten times the original goal, amassing a lordly £1,817,700 at the time of this writing, when the initial ask was just £150,000.
We got a new trailer showing the project off, and it looks absolutely gorgeous. So, if the call of the Elden Ring is simply too strong to ignore, consider backing the project; the board game itself is estimated to ship in June of 2024, but hey, it's nice to have something to look forward to.
What do you think of the Elden Ring board game? Will you be backing the project? Pass the long and lonely months with us in the comments section below.

I don't back Kickstarter projects anymore, but I'll definitely get this when it gets to my local tabletop store.
It looks incredible.
Overpriced, and from a terrible board game publisher. Definitely passing.
Now i can finally go outside and still play Elden Ring:)
I went on a binge in the early days and still have boardgames I've not played from KS. Think I'm still waiting for one from like 2018. They take up so much room. The miniatures look great but I have enough to paint with the Joan of Arc, Nemesis and LOTR boardgames. I can't justify it. I'm finally coming to the end of my first play through at 200 hours and am a bit tired of it. Looking forward to chilling out with The Witcher 3 on PS5 over Xmas. I've been craving it all through Elden Ring but been waiting for the update.
