It’s not often we get a new game with PS Plus, but that’s the case with Divine Knockout today – a platform fighter from Hi-Rez Studios. Subscribers will be able to grab the Founder’s Edition for free* until 2nd January, 2023, which includes the full game, eight gods, a bunch of cosmetics, and an exclusive skin for use in Smite.
The gods you get include: Amaterasu, Sol, Hercules, Susano, Ymir, Athena, Thor, and King Arthur – although do keep in mind you’ll have to complete the tutorial in order to unlock the latter. The game features full crossplay and cross-save across all consoles at launch, so there should be a robust community of players across all game modes.
The official blurb reads: “Set in a vibrant stylised world of gods and mythology, players battle across arenas featuring deadly environmental mechanics. Each of the unique playable gods can unleash devastating abilities at the push of a button, inflicting massive damage based on the player’s timing, positioning and moment-to-moment decisions.”

Basically we’re getting to bug test a FTP game early. Doubt I’ll download it.
The description alone gives me bad multiplayer/P2W/Gacha-Hell vibes. Definitely avoiding it like a plague.

If anyone does manage to forget it won't matter it's going to be a f2p game. Also it's made by Hi-Rez who have continually made Rogue Company worse with each update. From what I've heard they made worse and abandoned their other previous MP attempts in a similar way.
Look, I've spent over 150 in Paladins and don't regret it since I spent over 200 hours in that game but judging by their past games (Rouge Company, Paladins, etc), this game is going to be filled with bugs that won't even be fixed in years.
I'm burnt-out from Hi-rez games now.
Sorry to mess up the unbroken chain of negativity, but I think I’ll give it a spin. It’s free and the 3d perspective is giving me slight Powerstone vibes. Who knows, it might even be fun.
For some reason it won't let me download it, it says I've a standard edition but I don't have the game in my library or anything it just won't let me download it. Can someone help me

@Stevemalkpus It was an excellent Dreamcast game and the PSP collection was nothing to sneeze at either. I’m hopeful that Capcom will see fit to bring it back one day. Who knows, there have been a few Saturn classics showing up lately, like Cleopatra Fortune and Elevator Action Returns. Can Dreamcast classics be far behind?
