Studio Snoozy Kazoo has announced it's porting Turnip Boy Commits Tax Evasion to PS4 on 20th December 2022. It'll have a launch price of $14.99 attached, and will bundle in the Limitless Line DLC with the base game along with some "additional improvements to optimize the game".
First released for Nintendo Switch, PC, and Xbox One last year, the game garnered fairly positive reviews at the time. Its Metacritic rating sits on a 74, with praise for the story and characters. It's apparently quite short, though. Our sister Nintendo Life handed the title an 8/10 and said: "Turnip Boy Commits Tax Evasion is a delight. Its gameplay is not quite on the same level as some of the more top tier examples of the top-down ARPG genre, but it boasts an outstanding tone and utterly ridiculous characters that drive the narrative beautifully."
After being evicted from your home, you'll need to pay back your debt to Mayor Onion. "Featuring a blend of puzzle solving, dungeon exploration, and plant harvesting, Turnip Boy Commits Tax Evasion is a cute yet epic journey to uncover what’s spoiling this garden community and rise to tear down the corrupt vegetable government!" I remember the wee man picked this up on PC for £1.49, I've never given it a go but he was none to impressed, he just thought the name was amusing 😂
Trophy list on this is super easy
I played this with my youngest son on Switch. It really is very short, but every minute is delightful. We laughed throughout.
You will never have more fun tearing up documents than you will in this game!
