Kena, Immortals, and Dragon's Crown all get the nod from me!
Never played Resident Evil games and would love to start with them. Would be great if they were added to PS Plus extra instead.
With prices like these, effectively less than a buck/quid/whatever per hour of gameplay, I find complains like „Games are too expensive“ ridiculous. The same is true for PS Plus Extra. You just should not play a game day one, but several months after launch.
Death's Door is a wonder of great game design. Don't skip it!
Kena is gorgeous and great, but unfair difficulty spikes hold it back.
RE2 a bargain at that price.
Great sale, many other really good games. Finally pounced on Immortals, as it seems to have skipped Ubisoft + PS+ 50 games... it will probably be added next month now. lol. But can't complain at these prices.
If you liked Yakuza, you'll enjoy Fist of the North Star. No prior knowledge.
The mini games are bonkers
i havent played either dying light games. 1st one isa tenner. worth it?
Immortal fenyx rising and dragon dogma dark arisen for the win.word up son
I bought Kena at that price about a month ago. Its worth it, but its also the shortest game I've played in many years (only about 15 hours taking it slowly and carefully)
That's a tremendous value for Fenyx, which is a much, much bigger game and a lot of fun. It was a lighthearted, but very full 100+ hour experience for me. Like an anime version of AC Odyssey in some ways.
Will pick up deaths door, maybe kena. I highly recommend dragons dogma for those who still haven't tried it. At that price its a must buy for any even remotely interested.
As mentioned, Fenix is a great deal on a fun game. Zestiria is my first Tales game and tends to be my favorite because I just adore the interactions with Sorey and Meebo (hehe!) - reminds me a lot of my relationship with my own bestie/brother.
@Majk_SVK RE:7 (my favorite one) is already for free if you own a PS5.
Immortals Fenyx Rising is a steal at that price, fantastic game
Dragon's Dogma is a great game for the price, so much content and fun with different builds you can try and pawns to hire from other players.
I wonder if the recent PS Store price reductions (the game was discounted to $9.99 for the longest time, and only recently dropped lower) has something to do with the sequel coming. Or simply that the game was released 6 years ago on PS4.
@stvevan Go for it.. a little rough around the edges but for the price, there is plenty to crack on with... Played it co-op and was arguably better for it, so would recommend that way if you can.. not to say that singular play is bad.. it just adds naturally to the fun element.
No new sales for me still that January one lol
@dellyrascal @Loamy @Dloki thx, i will give it a go
Got the PS app notification for Kena, it’s on my wishlist, and I was going to get it but then remembered I’m saving my $18 credit for HFW: Burning Shores, which isn’t listed ANYWHERE I can find on the store. So, anybody know how much HFW: BS costs, or have they really not said yet when it releases in about 90 days?
Also decided Kena will be on PS+ Essentials by summer and I just signed up for a year so I’ll wait.
Immortals and Kena at these prices are absolute steals. I'd highly recommend both but Immortals if you only pick one.
I'm playing Death's Door currently, it's great. Well worth it if you like Zelda type games.
Dragon's Dogma for £4? If I didn't already own it on 5 platforms I'd bite their hand off at that price.
Kena was 66% of PlayStatin's 'sale' price on Steam thanks to regional pricing.
@AndyKazama does the game give you a good grasp on the anime’s plot? Interested.
That Castlevania double pack for 4 bucks is a must for me. Probably gonna pull the trigger on a good number of these within the next couple weeks!!
These sales seem to be a lot more interesting than what I’ve seen on Xbox last couple years. But that could just be my naïveté talking, as I’m pretty new to the current PS ecosphere
@Dusk_Actual it does more than enough to help you understand the show's premise.
Idk how accurate it is however.
@Majk_SVK I've been playing since the ps1 days, and I think the RE2 remake is the best in the series. Snap it up at that price, you won't be disappointed. Just get make sure you have plenty of spare underwear.
