The recent Diablo 4 beta will have given developer Blizzard a lot to think about. During the testing period — which covered the last two weekends — players were encouraged to share any and all feedback with the team. Given that the beta was rather robust in terms of content, it's fair to assume that Blizzard will be taking said feedback quite seriously.
The developer will be addressing all of this "in a couple of weeks", according to general manager Rod Fergusson. "We're going through all of your feedback and will have an update in a couple of weeks about what we heard and what we're addressing. Thanks for helping to test the Beta and your patience as we worked through issues," he writes.
If you played the beta, then you'll probably be interested in hearing what might be changed in the full release (which is still set for the 6th June). Obviously, Diablo 4's going to go through plenty of adjustments once it's actually out, but we're hoping that the beta will be useful for bettering the game's launch.
We really enjoyed the beta, but it did leave us with some slight concerns surrounding things like encounter design, dungeons variety, and character progression. You can read about all of that in our Diablo 4 preview.
Are there any changes you'd like to see in Diablo 4, based on the beta? Provide your own feedback in the comments section below.

Offline mode would be appreciated. Don't really feel the AOL mode and multiple players.
@PSXDave Offline mode is ALL I want from Diablo 4.
@Zuljaras @PSXDave Absolutely no chance, unfortunately.
Reduce the bosses difficulty as way harder than enemies you fight
I'm waiting to see what the monetisation is like before I touch D4 with even a bargepole. Sadly, Blizzard has lost my trust on that front with their more recent releases.
@ShogunRok It is sad Oh, well then Blizzard do not deserve a chance either
@johnny30 well, that is the point - bosses have to be harder compared to other enemies...
@Tomato_Goose yeah I get that but not to the point where you attacks are doing hardly any damage , like taking of a sliver if damage and boss can take like a quarter of your health in one attack
Zoom the camera out further please.
@johnny30 you was playing as druid huh?
Besides corpse explosion/ blood mist combo, no skill needs a nerf yet. But druid might need a buff. Barb, the whole fury thing can use a modern update.
@Cutmastavictory I was actually. Done hardly any damage to the bosses but had no issues with regular enemies
@johnny30 that happens when you outgrow your existing equipment and still have no good build / synergies. I understand, what you are talking about, because I had problems with killing specific bosses playing my druid at first levels. Switching from werewolf to werebear solved the problem and after getting a couple of legendaries everything went smooth forward. There is an auto-leveling in Diablo 4, which means bosses and other mobs will always be the same level as you. And if you change your equipment once in e.g. 5 levels, it will become much harder to kill the big guys. Just pay attention to you builds, skills, weapons and armors.
Classes seemed a bit dull to me... I did a quick run with barb and necro. The 1st was a bit boring, although I liked the use of 3 weapons for different skills, and necro was totally OP, plus quite similar to D3.
I understand D3 isn't much liked tonally, which I get, but felt the paladin and witch doctor were quite cool/ fun classes respectively, whereas here, things felt a bit bland after a few hours of using the same skills.
@johnny30 Bosses are ment to be challenging and push your timing, movement and space awareness. Druid is great for crowds, but needed more caution and certain build choices for bosses
@Moto5 yeah but doesn't help that dodgeroll is an ability that refreshes every 5 seconds
@johnny30 bosses would be way too easy if you could roll anymore often. Try different abilities, you can refund points cheaply for a reason. I played druid to 25 and had to change things a few times, but there are a few things that worked well for bosses. It just took more time to kill them than with other characters, but I found that time more than offset by how fast mobs where dispatched getting to the boss
@Moto5 yeah fair. I mainly focused the physical abilities like were bear but didn't touch magic that much; just surprising as I was like level 17 and dungeon was level 13 and changed equipment often. Yet could hardly touch the boss . I guess it's more rpg like as possibly certain bosses more effected by magic And resistant to physical attacks 🧐
@johnny30 What? That's the entire POINT of bosses...
