Fortnite's next smorgasbord of live-service content, Chapter 4 Season 2 (or simply MEGA), is out tomorrow, and it takes place in a futuristic take on Tokyo that drips with neon, is covered in grind rails, and packed to the brim with all kinds of no-doubt lucrative (for Epic Games) anime crossovers. It's possible we even see the implementation of a first-person mode.
With Akira homages and Attack on Titan protagonist Eren featured prominently, it feels like things are going to become extremely animated when the next season of Fortnite kicks off, after server maintenance beginning on 10th March, at 2am ET /7am GMT.
Have you been keeping up to date with Fortnite? What do you think of MEGA? Let us know in the comments section below.

This looks like great fun.
They need to put Mikasa in alongside Eren.
Maybe even Major from GITS and Mitsuri from Akira.
I’ll admit, I did groan when I saw yet another anime collab 🙄 But the new map/gameplay changes look great. I love the futuristic theme.
Ok I dislike Fortnite but do like this neon style and hopefully they'll add first person mode
@ItsBritneyB_tch I hope so.. I can’t stand anime.. to me ‘Pokémon’ is the only anime
Wow, so much stuff going on in the new intro video, I feel like I don’t need to play Cyberpunk now, and I can quit playing Destiny 2. Besides AoT and that Akira motorcycle slide that 1 character w/ the sword moved like Noctis and grind rails are always fun. Should be a really fun season. 👍
I don't play Fortnite. And I don't recall seeing any anime cross overs before, just about everything else though. Perhaps I missed those blurbs.
@jorel262 there’s been Naruto, Dragon Ball, My Hero Academia and now this Attack On Titan collab. There have been other original anime-style skins in the Battle Passes too I think.
