Sony's latest #LiveFromPS5 marketing beat is here. The platform holder is aggressively pushing its current-gen console now that PS5 stock is much easier to find, and part of that campaign is this latest installation in London. This marketing stunt brings attention to The Last of Us, leaning on the recent TV adaptation's huge success.
In Shoreditch, Sony has installed a special exhibit that turns one room into a cordyceps-infested ruin. Encouraging passers-by to check out The Last of Us: Part I after watching the HBO show, it looks fantastic, albeit pretty creepy. Here are some photos of the scene:
In a follow-up tweet, PlayStation says this will remain in place from today — 17th March — through to Tuesday 21st March. If you'd like to take a look for yourself, head over to BOXPARK Shoreditch between 11am and 7pm.
Have you seen this latest marketing push from Sony? Will you be making a trip to see it in person? Tell us in the comments section below.

Looks good.
However, now the show is done, im hoping for a tlou quieter period. bit burnt out on it after last few month.
@KaijuKaiser I think they're waiting until closer to E3 for big reveals. I'm hoping sometime in May we see more Spider-Man 2 and maybe get a Factions reveal. I was hoping for a Factions trailer at the end of TLOU S1, but guess not.
Shoreditch is infested enough as it is, have a gentle stroll through on a Friday or Saturday night. It is the latest bit of random 'art' in the area though, along with the old tube trains and the random Banksy copies.
Ah, Shoreditch
Good marketing by Sony, just a shame about the people that will get to see it 😅
@Ravix Swear down
Oh I walked past this this morning while they were setting up! I was wondering what is was lol
@Bricktop33 Ironically it'd be where the disease strikes first in England too.
@RoliePolie91 @KaijuKaiser Latest rumor doing the rounds is that we'll get a BIG PlayStation showcase sometime in May, right before E3 time in June.
Fingers crossed that one turns out to be real...
@SolaceCreed which one, crabs?
@KaijuKaiser I agree. We really an E3 2016-tier roadmap showcase for the PS5 at this stage. We're basically approaching the midgame of this console generation and the late game matters at least as much as, if not more than the first half.
