Originally intended as a PSVR2 launch title, bonkers gladiator game Gorn has finally fought its way to the PS Store. “Broforce developer Free Lives’ frighteningly realistic depiction of gladiatorial combat arrives on PSVR2 off the back of universal acclaim and massive success with over 1.5 million units sold so far,” the press release boasts.
The title is eager to play up its shortcomings, explaining that you’ll be able to strike down an “infinite supply of poorly-animated opponents with all manner of weapons – from swords, maces, and bows to nun chucks, throwing knives, massive two-handed warhammers, or even your blood-soaked bare hands.”
Sounds like digital catharsis to us – and it’s all presented in high-definition at last, thanks to the razor-sharp fidelity of Sony’s new-gen headset.

Would be awesome if we got a broforce 2 someday
Nice; seems to be a free upgrade too
A welcome free upgrade. I never could finish Gorn’s last level on PSVR1. Maybe with PSVR2 I will have better luck.
@Jaz007 @Ash_uk1 I had no idea this would be a free upgrade, really happy with that. I barely played it on PSVR due to the control scheme. Just claimed it on the PlayStation App. I’ll give it a shot later.
