The next major expansion for Warframe is called The Duviri Paradox, an open-world experience infused with roguelike elements. It's coming to PS5 and PS4 in April, and we got a cinematic trailer to set the scene.
The Duviri Paradox serves as a capstone for both Warframe and developer Digital Extremes, which are celebrating their 10th and 30th anniversaries, respectively. Players will be able to choose one of three gameplay modes upon diving in, The Circuit (Warframe-only endless game mode), The Duviri Experience (full open-world adventure) or The Lone Story (solo narrative experience". To better understand how it all works, check out this gameplay breakdown.

Is the story even worthwhile? I might be inclined to try the solo experience
@tatsumi Yes...but it takes a lot of grinding to see it. Warframe is not a good casual experience unfortunately. New user experience has come a long way and starts strong, but quite quickly I feel that users get overwhelmed with options and vague directions on how to proceed further. Pity because the story and lore goes deep. It also keeps getting added to which leaves some story additions on a cliffhanger as you wait for the next episode to drop in the next update...which can be cool or annoying depending on how you look at it
